Sushi date with my mom!

Gluten-free and dairy-free since nothing we ordered has rice or cream. Frankly, a very raw, protein and omega 3 filled meal!

At least I made good choices: bowl, beans, chicken, veggies, corn, poco de gallo and lettuce. No rice, no cheese, just a bit too much sodium.

My drink is a strawberry infused crystal light lemonade.

In a super weird headspace, but at least treating my body the way I should. 

Lunch is arugula, carrots, bell peppers, onions, quinoa, kale, egg, heirloom tomatoes, avocado, all washed down with honeydew kombucha. 

Basically super rich in omega3, good fats and protein. Gonna keep me full until dinner time (except maybe for an indulgent chocolate). 

Also, when did I become a vegetarian?

I couldn’t be more thrilled to have found coconut milk yogurt. I realize it must have been a “thing” for a while, but I’ve been conditioned to steer clear from the dairy section for so long, it never occurred to me! So last night I bought 4 different flavors of coconut milk yogurt and almond milk yogurt. 

Anyone know the different pros/cons of either?

Excited to do some research and decide which one will become a staple in my daily diet!

My breakfast this morning is pineapple, strawberry and banana, mixed with a couple of spoonfuls of vanilla coconut milk yogurt and some quinoa granola clusters. All of that with a side of yogi detox tea. 

Gonna be a lazy day today. Not feeling well
