Lunch is arugula, carrots, bell peppers, onions, quinoa, kale, egg, heirloom tomatoes, avocado, all washed down with honeydew kombucha.
Basically super rich in omega3, good fats and protein. Gonna keep me full until dinner time (except maybe for an indulgent chocolate).
Also, when did I become a vegetarian?
